We operate as an open collective.
ThinkTanks is not a traditional company. We do not have employees, and we do not have bosses. We are a network of peers who build together. There are two ways to interface with us.
Join the Laboratory
We are always looking for designers, engineers, and thinkers who want to build for the sake of building. This is not a job offer. There are no salaries, no schedules, and no managers.
Instead, we operate on a sweat-equity model. We collaborate on projects we believe in. If a project generates revenue or secures funding, profits are distributed transparently based on contribution.
- Bring your own project and find collaborators.
- Contribute to existing experiments (KitchenSense, MyCaseManagement).
- Maintain full autonomy over your time.
- Shared ownership of IP and revenue.
Commission the Studio
We partner with select organisations, non-profits, and founders to build specific digital infrastructure. We are not an agency that sells hours; we are a product team that solves problems.
We work best with partners who need rapid prototyping, technical feasibility studies, or the development of bespoke tools that don't fit into standard SaaS boxes.
- Rapid prototyping and MVP development.
- Technical due diligence for investors.
- Custom internal tooling and automation.
- Strategic product research.
