Vetted
Every supplier the organisation depends on, checked, current and reviewed.
The problem
A client asks for a list of every supplier that touches their data. The answer is spread across finance, IT and someone’s memory.
Who it is for
Procurement and compliance teams, regulated firms, housing providers, facilities managers, schools.
What it does
- Supplier onboarding questionnaires the supplier fills in from a link.
- Documents with expiry dates: insurance, accreditations and data processing agreements.
- A risk score from how critical the supplier is, what data they hold and what is spent.
- Contract owners and review dates, shared with Headroom’s renewal radar.
- Reviews and an issues log for each supplier.
- Ready-made registers for audits and data protection records.
Why it is different
Clients and auditors increasingly ask who your suppliers are and how you checked them. Vetted turns a scramble into an export.
AI and automation
AI reads supplier documents, such as insurance certificates, to pull out cover levels and expiry dates. It summarises questionnaire answers, flags the risky ones and suggests a risk score for a person to confirm. Requests to suppliers for renewed documents, and scheduled reviews, go out on their own.
First release
