Syllabus
Training that is assigned, completed and provable.
The problem
A new food safety procedure went live in May. In September, an inspector asks who has been trained on it, and the answer is a signing-in sheet.
Who it is for
Any employer with procedures staff must follow, and training providers.
What it does
- A course library of the organisation’s own and bought-in courses.
- Assignment by role, using the roles in Brigade and Threshold.
- Quizzes and assessments, with certificates on completion.
- Apprenticeship off-the-job hours recorded as they happen.
- Refreshers scheduled for every course that needs one.
- Records shared with Standing, and completion reports for managers.
Why it is different
Learning platforms are built for corporates. Small employers need something they can set up in an afternoon from documents they already have.
AI and automation
AI turns an existing policy or procedure into a short course and quiz for a person to review, and answers learners’ questions from the course content. New starters and people changing role are assigned the right courses automatically, with reminders and escalation when training is overdue.
First release
Courses made from documents, assignment, quizzes and certificates.
