Quorum

The whole governance cycle for boards and trustees, from agenda to action.

The problem

Board papers go out the night before as twelve attachments. Three months later, nobody can find what was decided about the lease, or who was meant to act on it.

Who it is for

Charities, housing associations, schools and academy trusts, membership bodies, sports clubs, co-operatives, SME boards.

What it does

  • Agendas built from standing items and the yearly cycle.
  • Papers collected from their authors by a deadline, then compiled into one pack.
  • Minutes with decisions and actions captured as they happen.
  • A searchable decision log: what was decided, by whom and why.
  • Action tracking between meetings.
  • Registers: board members and terms of office, conflicts of interest, declarations, gifts and hospitality, and a skills matrix.
  • The yearly cycle: AGM, accounts approval and policy reviews, linked to Duly.
  • A secure reading space for board members, with private notes.

Why it is different

Board portals exist but are priced for large companies. Most charities and small boards still run on email and PDFs. Governance never stops, so clients stay for years.

AI and automation

AI drafts minutes from meeting notes or a transcript, with decisions and actions pulled out for the chair to approve. It writes a one-page summary of each paper and answers plain-English questions of the decision log, such as what was decided about the lease. Paper deadlines, pack release, action reminders and yearly declarations all run on their own.
