Porter
Knowing who is on site, why, and that they are safe to be there.
The problem
The fire alarm goes off. Nobody knows who is in the building, which contractors are on the roof, or who signed in at reception an hour ago.
Who it is for
Offices, schools, factories, laboratories, construction sites.
What it does
- Visitor sign-in on a tablet or by QR code, with the host told on arrival.
- Pre-registration for expected visitors.
- Contractor sign-in with an induction and permits.
- Agreements signed on arrival, such as NDAs and safety terms.
- A live fire roll call on staff phones.
- Deliveries logged, and badges printed.
Why it is different
Visitor systems are sold per site per month and sit apart from everything else. Porter links to contractors in Caretaker and incidents in Lookout.
AI and automation
Automation does almost all the work: host alerts, the roll call, pre-registration emails and induction expiry. AI is a small extra, translating inductions and safety notes into a visitor’s language.
First release
Visitor and contractor sign-in, host alerts and the roll call.
