Overture
From first conversation to signed agreement, with proposals built from what already works.
The problem
A good lead asks for a proposal. It takes a week to assemble from old documents, the price is worked out in a spreadsheet, and it goes out with another client’s name on page six.
Who it is for
Agencies, consultancies, B2B suppliers, professional services firms.
What it does
- An opportunities pipeline with owners and next steps.
- A proposal builder from approved content blocks and pricing rules.
- Versions and e-signature.
- A handover pack to delivery on signature, linked to Allotment and Atrium.
- Win and loss reasons, recorded every time.
Why it is different
Sales tools track deals but do not build proposals, and proposal tools do not know the pipeline. Overture does both.
AI and automation
AI drafts a proposal from discovery call notes and the content library, checks for wrong names and inconsistent prices, suggests pricing from similar past wins, and summarises why deals were lost. The owner is reminded when a proposal is opened or close to expiry, and delivery tasks are created on signature. Following up stays a person’s job.
First release
Content library, proposal builder and e-signature.
