Duly
Every obligation an organisation has, with an owner, a date and proof it was done.
The problem
The insurer asks for the latest fire risk assessment. It expired in March, and the person who booked the last one has left.
Who it is for
Small firms, charities, landlords and letting agents, venues, schools, multi-site operators.
What it does
- An obligation library by organisation type: filings, licences, insurances, inspections, certificates and policy reviews, all editable.
- Owners and reminders that step up to a director or trustee if nothing happens.
- Proof on completion: upload the certificate, and the next due date sets itself.
- Several sites or entities in one view.
- A director and trustee dashboard: done, due and overdue, plus a yearly compliance summary.
Why it is different
Obligations live in many inboxes, and a miss can mean a fine or an insurance claim refused. Duly is simple, broad and useful on day one.
AI and automation
Automation is the heart of Duly: reminder ladders, escalation and the next due date set on upload. AI makes setup fast: describe the organisation in a few answers, such as a licensed venue with 12 staff, and it suggests the likely obligations for a person to confirm. It also reads uploaded certificates and fills in the dates.
First release
The library, owners, reminders and evidence uploads.
Good to know
Duly organises obligations; it never gives legal advice.
