Atrium
A branded home for every client of a service business.
The problem
A client emails for the third time asking where the signed engagement letter is. It is in someone’s sent folder.
Who it is for
Accountants, solicitors, agencies, IT providers, consultants, any firm that swaps documents with clients.
What it does
- A branded portal for each client, signed into with an emailed code.
- Document requests both ways, with checklists such as “please upload your bank statements”.
- Invoices and payments.
- Project updates, milestones and requests.
- Bookings and e-signature.
Why it is different
Most client portals are tied to large practice software, and file-sharing tools have no structure. The studio runs its own client portal, so it knows this product from the inside, and it makes the demo easy.
AI and automation
AI checks that uploaded documents are what was asked for, such as the right statement for the right dates, and summarises updates for clients. It can answer clients’ questions from their own engagement documents, saying it is an AI and handing over to a person. Document reminders, milestone updates and invoice reminders run on their own.
First release
Branded portal, document requests, updates and code sign-in.
