Snappy Inventory Manager

A visual inventory tracking system where workers simply take photos at the start and end of their shifts, and AI automatically detects stock changes in the background.

The Problem

Traditional inventory management requires staff to physically count bottles, weigh kegs, and tally dry goods. This manual process is slow, prone to human error, and often performed hurriedly at the end of exhausting shifts.

The Solution

Snappy replaces the clipboard with a camera-first workflow. Staff members simply walk the storeroom or bar, snapping photos of shelves and fridges. Our computer vision pipeline analyzes these images to identify SKUs and estimate fill levels.

Current State

We are currently training our vision models on a diverse dataset of beverage containers. The beta application allows for rapid photo capture and is being tested in a high-volume environment.
