The Problem

Case workers in the social sector face a dangerous duality: they must be accessible to vulnerable clients yet lack secure tools to protect their own privacy. Many rely on personal phones, leading to data leaks and burnout.

The Solution

MyCaseManagement provides a secure "airlock". It features a mobile-friendly intake portal where clients upload documents securely. On the backend, the platform masks caseworker details and uses AI to triage incoming cases for urgency.

Current State

The platform is currently in a pilot program with a regional legal aid organization to stress-test encryption protocols.
