AI sorts repair reports by urgency, with damp and mould always treated as urgent, compares move-in and move-out photos to draft the inventory report, drafts replies to residents, and spots problems that keep coming back at a property. Certificate reminders, inspection scheduling, rent reminders and repair updates run on their own.
