Rapport
An early warning system for the clients an organisation already has.
The problem
A long-standing client gives notice. Looking back, the signs were all there: slower payments, fewer calls, two complaints and a new contact nobody had met.
Who it is for
Agencies, consultancies, professional services firms, IT providers, B2B suppliers.
What it does
- A health score for each client from payment behaviour, delivery issues, contact frequency and feedback.
- A relationship map: who is who at the client, when each was last spoken to, and who has left.
- Renewal and growth calendar for every account.
- Account plans and review prep: the quarterly review pack builds itself.
- Feedback and complaints sorted into themes and owners each month.
- Early warnings to the account owner when a score drops.
Why it is different
Most sales tools focus on winning new deals. Existing clients drift unnoticed until they leave. Rapport watches the relationships that already pay.
AI and automation
AI is the core of Rapport. It builds each health score from payments, delivery, contact and the tone of recent emails and call notes, and explains in plain words why a score dropped. It drafts the quarterly review pack and the account plan. A weekly digest and early warnings go to account owners on their own.
First release
Client list, a health score from invoices and a simple contact log, and review prep.
